Delhi High Court Upholds Sentence of Expelled BJP Leader in Custodial Death Case

The court has scheduled a hearing for February 3, stressing the importance of proceeding expeditiously. Sengar's case is part of a larger legal battle, with pending appeals regarding his life sentence in the main rape case.
