In a small town's shocking turn of events, Neha Jaiswal, a 20-year-old newlywed, was tragically found hanging from a ceiling fan at her husband's residence. Initial investigations reveal a possible dowry dispute.
The incident occurred in Lal Bahadur Shastri Nagar of Dudahi town, just days after Jaiswal's marriage. According to law enforcement, she had allegedly been subjected to harassment over dowry demands by her husband's family.
The local police have registered a case against her husband, Vivek Jaiswal, and six other family members, launching an investigation into the young bride's untimely death, raising profound concerns over dowry practices still prevalent in society today.
