Alert screeners identified irregularities in a suitcase belonging to a Togolese woman around 6 PM on Monday at the Domestic Terminal.
The woman's luggage contained two packets of the banned drug Methaqualone hidden under a false bottom, weighing nearly 4 kg and valued at approximately Rs 2 crore. Customs have taken over the case, with court proceedings expected as officials probe potential connections to a larger smuggling network.
