Kirill Dmitriev, special envoy for Russian President Vladimir Putin, articulated on Tuesday that Ukraine's strategic withdrawal from the Donbas region is crucial to establishing peace.

According to Dmitriev's statement on platform X, the withdrawal is deemed the 'path to peace' for Ukraine.
