The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh will reconvene to assess the detention of AAP MLA Mehraj Malik under the Public Safety Act (PSA), with proceedings scheduled for February 12.
Justice Mohammad Yousuf earlier part-heard arguments from the Union Territory administration. Further discussions are expected during the upcoming session, according to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) spokesperson Mudasir Hassan.
Malik, representing Doda, was detained under the PSA last September, a move firmly contested by the AAP, leading to the high court challenge.
