In a remarkable journey of determination and perseverance, Pakshal Secretry has achieved an All India Rank of eight in the highly competitive UPSC Civil Services Examination of 2025. Hailing from Bagh in Madhya Pradesh, Secretry's achievement is not just a victory for himself but also a beacon of hope for his community.

A graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur, Secretry's path to success was fraught with challenges. After reaching the interview stage in his first attempt and being rejected in the prelims during his second, he faced moments of intense self-doubt. Yet, with unwavering support from his family and friends, he persevered.

Motivated by the struggles he witnessed among the tribal population in his district, where the literacy rate is just 39%, Secretry desires to work towards tribal welfare and women's education. As he steps into his new role as a civil servant, his journey inspires aspiring candidates nationwide.
