Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy visited the eastern front line as Ukraine and Russia finalized a two-day prisoner-of-war swap involving 500 soldiers each. Zelenskiy awarded troops defending strategic positions in Donetsk, emphasizing the swap's geopolitical importance.
Zelenskiy stressed that Ukraine's strength in the eastern region boosts its stance in diplomatic talks. Despite efforts, Ukraine and Russia are still apart in their positions, especially in the contentious Donetsk area.
