The Trinamool Congress (TMC) has voiced concerns over the 2026 West Bengal assembly elections' electoral roll publication, accusing the Election Commission of lacking transparency.
In a recent letter to the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), TMC highlighted a worrying reduction of 63.66 lakh names from the electoral list, prompting questions about compliance with Supreme Court directives and the integrity of the registry.
