Delhi Police's Crackdown: Major Arrests in Rohini

The Delhi Police arrested 40 individuals and apprehended a juvenile during a night-long operation against crime in Rohini. The crackdown targeted illegal arms, gambling, narcotics, and liquor. Seventeen cases were registered under the Arms Act with weapons seized, and preventive actions were taken under the BNSS and Delhi Police Act.

Delhi Police have made significant headway in their fight against organized and street crime in Rohini, as they arrested 40 individuals and detained a juvenile during an intensive overnight operation.

This crackdown, carried out on March 11-12, involved multiple police teams targeting illegal arms, gambling, narcotics, and illicit liquor.

As part of the operation, 17 cases were filed under the Arms Act leading to the arrest of 17 individuals for weapon possession, with authorities recovering knives, pistols, and cartridges. Additional cases were registered concerning liquor and gambling violations, as well as narcotics where cannabis was seized.
