He boasted of creating over nine lakh government jobs, significantly bolstering the state's policing capabilities, with 2.19 lakh positions filled in the police force alone.

Adityanath noted advancements in police modernisation, transparency in recruitment, and women's empowerment, including the formation of three women PAC battalions. The establishment of forensic labs, cyber police stations, and the State Disaster Response Force has fortified Uttar Pradesh's law enforcement, fostering public trust statewide.
