In a significant security crackdown, Iran's intelligence ministry has apprehended 97 individuals accused of acting as 'soldiers of Israel,' according to state media reports released Thursday. This wave of arrests marks the continuation of a broader government effort to detain those allegedly connected to Israel and the United States since the conflict's inception.
On the same day, an announcement from Alborz province's police commander revealed the arrest of 41 more individuals. These people stand accused of disseminating videos to media channels operating outside of Iran, specifically those aligned with opposition forces.
The ongoing detentions reflect the Iranian government's heightened vigilance and its resolve to stifle any potential internal dissent or foreign influence during these tense times.
