The brawl took place on April 1 around 6 PM in Sector 16, under the jurisdiction of KN Katju Marg police station. The clash, caught on video, which has since gone public, saw two men and a juvenile engaging in the assault before escaping the scene.

Authorities acted quickly, registering a case that same night under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, including charges of attempted murder. While two arrests have been made, investigations continue to apprehend the remaining suspects involved in the attack.
