The Haryana government has launched a dedicated call centre designed to support serving personnel, ex-servicemen, and their families of the Armed Forces and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF). Additional Chief Secretary, Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare Department, Vijayendra Kumar, announced the initiative aims to ensure timely grievance redressal and precise information on government welfare schemes.
The call centre will act as a single-point contact for addressing issues, facilitating benefits access, and providing guidance on welfare and entitlements. This move underscores the department's commitment to the well-being of the Armed Forces and CAPF community, marking a step towards more accessible, transparent, and responsive service delivery.
Equipped with a dedicated phone number, the centre will operate from Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, excluding government holidays. Active since March 20, 2026, it invites all serving personnel, ex-servicemen, and their families to utilize this facility for prompt and efficient assistance.
