Early Thursday, Russian forces executed a missile strike on Kyiv, resulting in the tragic death of a 12-year-old child. Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported injuries to several individuals, including emergency responders, and substantial structural damage within the city.
Rescue operations managed to save a mother and child from a wrecked building in a central district, while a separate missile impacted the sixth floor of another building in the Podil district. Further chaos ensued with a significant fire erupting in the northern area of Kyiv, injuring four emergency medical workers amidst widespread debris.
In the city of Dnipro, Russian assaults triggered severe fires, wounding five individuals. Simultaneously, in the northeastern city of Kharkiv, drone strikes left two people injured, intensifying the ongoing conflict.
