Iran's foreign ministry has not yet reached a decision on whether to participate in upcoming talks with the United States in Pakistan, revealed spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei on Tuesday.

Baghaei's statement aired on Iranian state television accused the United States of engaging in "piracy at sea and state terrorism" following actions against two Iranian ships.
