Father Arrested for Alleged Murder Over Family Dispute

In a shocking turn of events, a man has been taken into police custody for allegedly murdering his son in the Kareli locality. The accused, Girish Chandra Jaiswal, is believed to have killed his 20-year-old son, Priyanshu Jaiswal, due to suspicions of an inappropriate relationship with his mother.

The incident occurred on Saturday, as confirmed by Atarsuiya Assistant Commissioner of Police Nikita Srivastava. During the investigation, it came to light that the accused had attacked his son with a heavy object, causing the fatal injury.

Following a thorough investigation, the suspect reportedly confessed to the crime, citing the relationship suspicion as his motive. Formal charges have been filed under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, and further legal processes are underway.
