A disturbing case of road rage emerged in Indore as a man named Mangal Sharma allegedly tried to attack a family with a stick after a traffic dispute, according to police reports on Sunday.
The altercation occurred on April 24 under the jurisdiction of the Aerodrome police station. A video of the incident, now viral on social media, shows Sharma threatening the family, including children, while attempting to extort money from them.
Deputy Commissioner of Police, Shrikrishna Lalchandani, confirmed that a case has been registered based on the family's complaint under the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita. The video has caused a widespread public outcry, prompting concerns over the state of law and order in Indore.
