''C V Anand, special chief secretary to the government, home department, is transferred and, on selection, is posted as Director General of Police (Head of Police Force), Telangana, Hyderabad, in the Apex Scale of Rs 2,25,000 (fixed),'' an official order said. The incumbent DGP B Shivadhar Reddy will retire at the end of this month.
