In a key appointment aimed at strengthening financial governance within India's defence establishment, Shri Vishvajit Sahay, a senior officer of the Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS), 1990 batch, has assumed charge as Secretary (Defence Finance) in the Ministry of Defence.
