During a key meeting at Vidhana Soudha, Siddaramaiah highlighted the responsibilities of departmental secretaries, urging them to adhere strictly to constitutional guidelines while implementing budget announcements, noting that several remain unfulfilled.

The Chief Minister also spotlighted past advice from leaders like Ambedkar and Patel, advocating for truthful and independent communication within the ranks of governance. Additionally, he launched the 'Karnataka Progress Portal,' encouraging efficient inter-departmental coordination.
