Telangana Government's Swift Action on Employee Welfare

In a decisive move to address employee welfare concerns, Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has instructed the Pay Revision Commission to rapidly submit its report on salary revisions. The state government expressed readiness to implement changes, acknowledging the pivotal role of government workers.
During discussions with the Employees' Joint Action Committee (JAC), Reddy announced the clearance of Rs 6,000 crore in pending dues for retired employees within 100 days, alongside the rollout of health cards by June 1. These efforts are indicative of the government's commitment to workers' welfare.
The Chief Minister highlighted past achievements, including the orderly transfer of teachers and the issuance of salaries on time, praising the significant contributions of employees in executing welfare programs. The unions, appreciative of the government's responsiveness, have canceled their planned strikes and protests, recognizing the positive actions taken.
