The central government selected Aniya and author R Balasubramaniam as new full-time members, bringing the total to seven. Prime Minister Narendra Modi serves as the chairman of this influential government think tank.

He emphasized her groundbreaking achievement as the first Nyishi woman to earn a PhD in Hindi and praised her dedication and societal commitment.
