In a tragic turn of events, Faridabad witnessed the alleged suicide of a dental surgeon, identified as Dr. Sachin, following an argument with his wife. The incident unfolded late Saturday night near the Sector 17 bridge, culminating in the recovery of the doctor's body after an intensive 20-hour search operation.
According to police accounts, the incident occurred as Dr. Sachin was returning home with his family after visiting his sister. An argument erupted with his wife, escalating during their drive. Despite her attempts to intervene, Dr. Sachin stopped his car, pushed his wife aside, and leapt into the Agra Canal.
The locality's Kheri Pul police station and the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) collaborated in a protracted search by boat, eventually locating the body. Authorities are currently probing the motive behind this tragic decision, focusing on testimonies from Dr. Sachin's wife.
