Brijesh Rawat accuses Pankaj Gupta and his sister, Deepti Gupta, of attempting to occupy his inherited property. According to Rawat, a recent incident saw pillars erected on the disputed land, leading to a heated confrontation. Rawat maintains that a civil court had previously issued a stay order, which was allegedly violated.

Gupta counters the accusations, denying any personal involvement and attributing the dispute to his sister's property.
