In a brazen early morning heist, a masked gang targeted an ATM belonging to IDFC First Bank in Sri Sathyasai district, making off with around Rs 4.5 lakh in cash.

The incident took place at 3:40 am on Wednesday, with approximately four thieves using ropes to drag the ATM into a waiting vehicle in less than six minutes.

Although an official complaint from the bank is still pending, local police have already mobilized several teams to apprehend the culprits. Surveillance footage capturing the robbery has since gone viral, displaying unsuspecting vehicles passing by as the theft unfolded.
