A fatal stabbing over a love affair has shaken Nagpur, as a 17-year-old, identified as Zoharan Mustafa Shaikh, was killed by two minors on Tuesday night. The incident took place in Vajpayee Nagar under Kalamna police station's jurisdiction.
Zoharan, who worked as a laborer, was in a relationship with a girl, also 17. This relationship led to tension with another boy who had feelings for her. Despite warnings from the accused, Zoharan continued to communicate with the girl, exacerbating the situation.
On Tuesday night, the accused lured Zoharan to Vajpayee Nagar, where an argument escalated into violence. Zoharan was stabbed multiple times in the neck and chest, resulting in his immediate death. Police have registered a murder case and detained one accused while searching for the second minor involved.
