On Wednesday, Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu unveiled a detailed district-wise review initiative. This exercise, part of a strategic governance enhancement project, seeks to address manpower shortages and refine the public service delivery system.
Khandu announced the review after presiding over the first phase in the newly created districts of Kamle, Lower Siang, Pakke Kessang, Lepa Rada, Shi Yomi, Keyi Panyor, and Bichom. He emphasized it as a pivotal move towards crafting a responsive, people-focused administrative framework.
This exercise is set to span multiple phases, methodically covering every district in the region. It aims to improve governance frameworks, quicken welfare program implementations, and enhance departmental coordination, thereby ensuring grassroots reach of decentralized administrative benefits.
