This virtual summit, titled 'Institutionalising Capacity Building: From Training to Performance-linked Governance,' will be chaired by Minister Jitendra Singh.
Aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 and Mission Karmayogi, the summit will delve into four major themes. These will include developing a unified framework for capacity building, reforming training institutions, leveraging AI for personalized learning, and revisiting cadre training plans to ensure comprehensive capacity building.
