Institutionalising Capacity Building: Elevating Governance for Viksit Bharat 2047

The Department of Personnel and Training and the Capacity Building Commission are organizing a virtual summit chaired by Jitendra Singh. The summit aims to transform civil services' capacity building under Mission Karmayogi by focusing on performance-linked governance through four key thematic areas. It seeks to enhance competency-driven capacity building nationwide.

The Department of Personnel and Training, in collaboration with the Capacity Building Commission, is set to host a pivotal summit focusing on role-based, competency-driven governance enhancement. This virtual summit, titled 'Institutionalising Capacity Building: From Training to Performance-linked Governance,' will be chaired by Minister Jitendra Singh.

Aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 and Mission Karmayogi, the summit will delve into four major themes. These will include developing a unified framework for capacity building, reforming training institutions, leveraging AI for personalized learning, and revisiting cadre training plans to ensure comprehensive capacity building.
