Tragic Drowning of Young Boy in Village Pond

A 12-year-old boy named Samar Kanojia accidentally drowned while bathing in a pond in Bakshi Ka Talab area. His family took him to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. The family declined a post-mortem examination, and the police handed over the body after completing formalities.

A tragic incident occurred on Sunday in the Bakshi Ka Talab area when a young boy, identified as Samar Kanojia, drowned in a local pond. The 12-year-old was a resident of Sarkpur Saraiya village.

According to police reports, Samar went to the pond located near his house around noon for a bath. Unfortunately, he did not return alive. His family rushed him to the hospital where he was declared dead on arrival.

Family members expressed no suspicion of foul play and declined a post-mortem examination. Following usual protocols, the police completed the necessary formalities and handed over the body to the grieving family.
