Yuva Sangam Strengthens National Integration as Maharashtra Youth Delegation Visits IIT Tirupati

In a significant initiative promoting national integration, cultural exchange and youth engagement, Andhra Pradesh Governor Shri S. Abdul Nazeer interacted with a youth delegation from Maharashtra visiting the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Tirupati under the Yuva Sangam programme on May 18, 2026.

The delegation, led by the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Pune, is participating in a series of immersive academic, cultural and experiential activities designed to strengthen inter-state understanding, people-to-people connections and youth engagement across India.

The programme forms part of Yuva Sangam Phase VI, an initiative launched by the Department of Higher Education under the Ministry of Education to deepen emotional integration, cultural harmony and national unity among young citizens through educational and cultural exchanges.
