Om Birla introduced 89 historical volumes chronicling the Central Legislative Assembly's proceedings from 1924 to 1930, aiming to offer insights into legislative practices during British rule. Presented at the Delhi Assembly, these compilations were accompanied by the launch of 'Vidhan Chetna,' a new assembly magazine.

Birla, joined by Kiren Rijiju, highlighted the essential role these documents play in educating the public on parliamentary history.
