The Special Investigation Team investigating allegations of sexual harassment and forced conversion at Nashik's TCS office has submitted a new chargesheet in a local court. This document concerns eight FIRs lodged at the Mumbai Naka police station, including charges against Raza Rafiq Memon and Shahrukh Husain Shaukat Qureshi, among others.
Earlier, the SIT presented a comprehensive chargesheet concerning a separate case from the Deolali Camp station. Prompted by allegations from female staff regarding harassment and coercion into religious activities, the SIT's latest move underscores the gravity of the accusations in the ongoing investigation.
Authorities have also questioned Mateen Patel from the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen, linked to one suspect, indicating the probe's expansive scope. The case brings to light significant issues of workplace harassment within a major IT company.
