Authorities in Delhi have dismantled an extensive illegal firearms network connected to a thwarted robbery at a liquor shop in Paharganj. This breakthrough came during the investigation of a May 24 incident involving gunfire and assaults on salesmen at the shop.
Police swiftly apprehended Harsh and Monty in Uttar Pradesh, seizing a firearm, a knife, and a motorcycle associated with the crime. Subsequent investigations revealed that Sahil alias Ganja and Amit sourced the weapon, while Vipin was identified as the principal firearms supplier. Vipin's arrest led to the confiscation of multiple illegal weapons and ammunition.
As the inquiry proceeds, efforts are underway to uncover other members of this clandestine network and trace additional unlawful arms operations.
