A heart-wrenching incident unfolded in Powai, as a father allegedly took the life of his four-year-old son who persistently cried for milk. The police arrested Rajesh Prakash Singh, 27, after the tragic events on Friday.
According to authorities, Singh was living with his mother, wife, and two young sons. Family challenges arose due to unemployment and alcohol dependency, leading to his wife leaving him and their children. On Friday morning, a distraught Singh reportedly acted violently, resulting in the death of his special-needs child, Yash.
The cries of the special child, who relied mainly on milk, provoked Singh's aggression. Singh communicated the death to his sister, leading to a police investigation. Yash was pronounced dead at Rajawadi Hospital after the police intervened. Singh initially evaded inquiries, but later confessed to the crime. Investigations continue to uncover further details.
