An 18-year-old named Harshavardhan unfortunately passed away after being caught between a temple chariot wheel and a wall during a festival in Namakkal. Another participant, Sashidharan, suffered injuries in the incident.
Tamil Nadu's chief minister expressed sorrow over the incident, offering Rs 5 lakh to Harshavardhan's family. Authorities are ensuring proper medical treatment for those injured.
