The chief executive of Rajasthan underscored the vital contribution of educated and self-reliant women to societal and national progress, during a tribute to Lokmata Ahilyabai Holkar on her 301st birth anniversary.
Speaking at a state event, he lauded Holkar's legacy in governance, community service, and cultural restoration, noting her influence on India's traditional values. He highlighted commitments to uplift marginalized groups and outlined ongoing efforts to develop religious and cultural sites, as well as support farmers.
The official commended Holkar's restoration works, including support for Kashi Vishwanath Temple, and introduced initiatives like 'school on wheels' for nomadic communities, alongside plans for a student hostel in Jaipur. These efforts align with national projects aimed at cultural revival under central leadership.
