Bragar Eagel & Squire, PC, a New York based law firm concentrating in commercial and securities litigation, is investing potential claims against Uber Technologies, Inc (NYSE: UBER) on behalf of Uber Stockholders.

This investigation into the claims of Uber came on the heels of its IPO and steep fall in the shares. According to a press communique at Globe Newswire, the company announced its IPO on or about May 10, 2019, announced its initial public offering at $45.00 per share. However, the company witnessed a sharp downfall in the first week and its closing share price on May 14 was $14,2019.

The law firm has also invited the stakeholders and common person to share the information if they have. "If you purchased or otherwise acquired Uber shares pursuant to and/or traceable to the IPO and suffered a loss, have information, would like to learn more about these claims, or have any questions concerning this announcement or your rights or interests with respect to these matters," said the firm before initiating the enquiry.
