Guatemala president postpones Washington visit where asylum talks were planned

The government of Guatemala said on Sunday that it would postpone President Jimmy Morales' visit to Washington as it waits for the Central American country's top court to rule on migration measures.
The Guatemalan government said in a statement that it had "no plans to sign an agreement to convert Guatemala to a safe third country" for asylum seekers.
