UP budget session to begin on Thursday

According to the proposed programme, Governor Anandiben Patel will jointly address members of both Houses, Vidhan Sabha and Vidhan Parishad, at 11 am on Thursday. Finance minister Suresh Khanna will present the Budget. (ANI)
