Kashmir Tickets Agents Forum Wednesday announced 100 air tickets at "low fares" to facilitate return to Kashmir of patients suffering from critical ailments and elderly persons, who were stuck in Jammu due to closure of the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway. He said the initiative is taken and sponsored by all ticketing agents of valley, who have pooled their stock.
