Following a building collapse near Saket Metro Station, authorities in Delhi have launched intensified rescue operations. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has assured that every feasible action is underway to save those trapped.
The collapse on Western Marg in the Saidulajab area prompted an immediate response from Delhi Fire Services, which received the alert at 7.44 pm. Teams from multiple agencies, including the NDRF, Delhi Police, DDMA, and others, are working tirelessly to manage the crisis and aid impacted families.
Gupta underscored the commitment of all agencies, highlighting that the safety of citizens is their utmost concern.
