Hasina Begum and Nayeemuddins henchmen PashamSrinivas, Mohammed Adbul Nazer, Md Abdul Faheem and ThummaSrinivas were the accused, a police press release said here

The five allegedly conspired and presented documentsfor registration in collusion with the sub-registrar inrespect of the 5 acres of land illegally occupied byNayeemuddin who was killed in an encounter with the police in2016, the release said.
