Man found dead in house

A man was found dead in the house of his friend here on Thursday morning, police said. Prima facie, the deceased, Sandeep Meena, aged around 25, was stabbed and strangulated, the police said.

Meena, who hailed from Ajmer, was in the house of his friend, Siddharth, in Chitrakoot area on Wednesday night. Siddharth was alone as his family had gone to Alwar, Deputy Commissioner of Police Vikas Sharma said. The exact cause of death will be clear after a post-mortem. A search is on for Siddharth who is absconding, the officer added.
