Woman killed in UP's Banda

A 24-year-old woman was killed allegedly by some unidentified persons who attacked her with a sharp-edged object in Durai village here, police said on Friday. The body of Kusumi Devi, who lived with her two children aged two and a half years and five years, was found at her home in Bisanda area on Friday morning, Superintendent of Police Ganesh Prasad Saha said.

He said no arrest has so far been made and police are probing the matter. The body has been sent for post-mortem, the SP said.
