Rajiv Kumar's remarks on Cong's NYAY scheme violation of poll code: EC

The Election Commission has expressed "displeasure" over remarks made by Niti Aayog vice-chairman Rajiv Kumar on Congress's NYAY scheme, calling it a violation of poll code. Kumar had accused the Congress of promising "moon to win elections". He had also tweeted, saying "the proposed income guarantee scheme fails the economics test, fiscal discipline test and execution test".
