Conspiracy against CJI Gogoi: SC asks lawyer to file another affidavit

SC asks the lawyer to file another affidavit after he claims of having more incriminating evidence about a larger conspiracy against CJI. Earlier in the day, the lawyer submitted a report in SC regarding his claims that there was a conspiracy to frame CJI in the sexual harassment case.

This move comes after Justice S A Bobde, the senior-most judge of the Supreme Court, was Tuesday appointed to conduct an in-house inquiry into the allegations of sexual harassment levelled against Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi.
