Czech foreign minister: hope NATO agrees on non-lethal aid package to Ukraine

NATO foreign ministers meeting on Tuesday should agree a package of non-lethal aid to Ukraine to help the country face winter, Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky said on Tuesday.
"I hope we will agree on a quite significant package of non-lethal help to Ukraine which should aim for winterization," he said on arrival to the meeting in Bucharest. He added the alliance would also discuss concerns about levels of weapons stockpiles in some members.
