Qin says China believes in cooperation on Arctic affairs with all countries

China's Foreign Minister Qin Gang said on Friday that Beijing believes in strengthening cooperation on Arctic affairs with all countries.

China has always respected the sovereignty of Arctic nations, and believe that the Arctic Council is an important organ in terms of Arctic governance, Qin told a press conference with his Norwegian counterpart Anniken Huitfeldt in Oslo.
