No hostile environment for tech: CEO of Britain's anti-trust regulator

The chief executive of Britain's anti-trust regulator said it was critical to maintain a constructive dialogue with tech companies in assessing mergers and it was not creating a hostile environment for the sector.

"I don't find that we are operating sort of, broadly speaking, in a hostile environment," Chief Executive Sarah Cardell told a panel of lawmakers on Tuesday.
