France's Macron: will send aid to Ukraine after dam attack

French President Emmanuel Macron, in a statement on Twitter, said he had expressed to President Volodymyr Zelenskiy his solidarity with the Ukrainian people after the attack on the Kakhovka dam.

"France condemns this atrocious act. Within the next few hours, we will send aid to meet immediate needs," he said.
